Delta adopts two young siblings found scrounging around for scraps in town and takes them in Cap'n Turbot.
Appearances
Buoy: A warm gray portuguese water dog with a white belly, tail tip, and front fore-paws. He has a dark brown nose and light perwinkle eyes. He wears a denim blue collar with a tag shaped like a rescue buoy
Cascade: Portuguese water-dog with a dark charcoal-gray coat. She has a white spot on her chest, a fluffy top-knot that almost covers her eyes, and bright blue eyes. She wears a white and blue horizontal-striped collar with a silver heart tag
Personalities
Buoy: He's a very very happy boy, always goofy and playing and has a bright smile on his face. He has a hard time concentrating on things, but is always happy and eager to have fun. He's a huge cuddle-bug like his uncle Rayne, who is one of his favorite snuggle partners, especially on a warm day. Like his adoptive father, he can be a little bit dense, but he means well. People may need to repeat things to him once or twice to get something to click, but he's a good boy.
Cascade: Confident and a bit brash, Cascade speaks her mind and isn't afraid to put someone in their place. She may look like a meek little girl, but she has a fierce competitive spirit and absolutely won't hesitate to go ham on whatever she's focused on, even if a simple board game. She always stands up for herself and her friends, and will always speak up when she sees something is amiss. She is incredibly close to her adoptive father, and the two love to playfully insult each other.

- "Buoy" is one my (Tundrathesnowpup) nicknames: During freshman swim PE my friend Claire would hold onto me and float and call me "Buoy!" and I would do the same and call her Buoy too so it's stuck for both of us the past four years XD
Crushes:
Buoy: He has a crush on Paradise, enjoying her fun spirit and loves to go diving around with her in scuba gear, he finds her tail so fascinating, it's almost hypnotizing!
