Description  He is skinny with a bit of a australian accent he has a small scar on his left cheek and has a cousin from England who is like him, but has a different plan. Past He used to be an engineer and taught Dirge eveything he knows, but then things happened when Dirge took a piece of his device to controll all pups and dogs in the world.  Personality  He is a bit rude and is desperate to get a piece of the device that Dirge stole from him and hates puppies and dogs(after what happened) he is the cause of Chase's incident and the accident on Pups Capsized
