Boris acts as radioactive patrol pup based on the Chernobyl liquidators, Boris is apart of the Pup Force who lives underground the Paw Tower handling all of the radioactive material.

Boris is known to be very confident and very Overprotective, he's also known to be very serious when danger is involved. He puts a lot of pressure on himself which makes him act so serious all of the time.
