Cal Brunker's PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie is an upcoming Canadian animated action-adventure comedy film based on the television series PAW Patrol created by Keith Chapman. Produced by Spin Master Entertainment, it is the director's cut of PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie.

In September 2023, ahead of the upcoming release of PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie, a sequel was greenlit by Paramount Pictures. Cal Brunker, Bob Barlen, and Spin Master CEO Jennifer Dodge were set to return as the film's director, writer, and producer, respectively. In December 2023, WindowsMyers2018 announced that his director's cut of the third PAW Patrol film entered production.
Casting[]
In January 2024, it was announced that Larissa Mair Casting & Associates Inc. was having a casting call for child actors to play Ryder. In addition, it was revealed that four new characters would be added to the cast: Dexter, Ronnie, Martin, and Winston, but the new characters were later scrapped for unknown reasons. In February 2024, Marsai Martin and Kim Kardashian were suggested to reprise their roles as Liberty and Delores, but were yet to be confirmed.
In September 2024, Jennifer Hudson and Fortune Feimster were announced as part of the cast, and Mckenna Grace was added as Skye, reprising her role from PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie.
In March 2025, Ron Pardo was confirmed to return as Mayor Humdinger, while Chris Pratt was cast as Owen, reprising his role from PAW Patrol: Rescue Pups, and Jonathan Bailey, Vince Vaughn, and Julianne Moore were cast in undisclosed roles.
In April 2025, Bryce Dallas Howard, Laura Dern, BD Wong, and Mahershala Ali were cast as Claire, Ellie, Henry, and Blade.

In April 2025, John Williams and Michael Giacchino were announced to compose the film's musical score, replacing Pinar Toprak from PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie.
