Earl is a male West Highland White Terrier. He is the father of Sweetie.

Early life[]
Earl lived in Barkingburg. He took a mate, with whom he had a daughter named Sweetie.
Captured by Mayor Humdinger[]
Enlisted by Mayor Humdinger to betray the royal family of Barkingburg, Butch and Ruben captured Earl and locked him in a dog pound. Their plan lured Sweetie into being tricked to be working with the Duke of Flappington, only to be kidnapped along with Chase as an act of betrayal. While trapped in Fuzzy Buddies Obedience School, a heartbroken Sweetie reunited with her father. Earl comforted his daughter and Chase, shortly before Liberty broke in for Rubble and Wild to free the dogs of Adventure City.
