CEO of the PAW Patrol Rescue Foundation[]
Named the "brilliant scientist of Adventure City", Richard was hired as CEO of the PAW Patrol Rescue Foundation. One day, he tried to improve organs-on-chips (OOC) that gave dogs their ability to speak in human voices. Humdinger Industries' businessman, Mayor Humdinger, expanded the human-voiced chips for all pets owned by Adventure City, leaving Richard and Kendra Wilson to invent vehicles for dogs. After finding a small German Shepherd puppy, Chase, whose family had been taken by dognapers, Richard and Mary took him and their son, Ryder, to a Lookout tower in Adventure Bay as their home, then mysteriously left.
