Robert lived in Adventure Bay. He had a younger brother, William. At some point in his life, he adopted a tabby cat named Bob.

Adventure City meteor shower incident[]
Robert gathered outside the Adventure City HQ as he awaited the meteor shower, along with the citizens of Adventure City. When Victoria Vance pulled a meteor to Earth with her Meteor Magnet, the PAW Patrol warned the citizens, including Robert, of the incoming meteor. Everyone cleared the streets and ran to safely take cover indoors.

Robert is a brawny man with light skin and blonde hair. His eyes are light blue. He wears a red shirt with orange sleeves.
