The pup version design of Ryder is owned by Aurychase
He doesn't have a set universe, it's more of a random concept for now just for fun. Maybe in future will have more background.
Appearance
Ryder as a pup has mostly brown shades of fur. Big part of the body is warm brown, with the back of the ears and tail, back, shoulders and behind paws of a darker shade. His front paws, face, chest and part of tail is light creamish brown. The shape of the face spots recalls very generally Chase's. He also has caramel hazel eyes and a spikes on the head.
His attire is a mix of the movie's costume and usual. He also has a white collar and the pup tag with the PAW Patrol logo.
Character
Ryder doesn't change much his personality as a dog, however he tends to let himself fall more into his insticts, not knowing well how to handle them. He can also be confused by his new perception abilities, but he never hesitates to jump into action if needed, even if that makes him perhaps a bit more rash.
trivia
- He gets incredibly awkward in presence of Katie, embarassed of her taking care of him as a dog. He also feels like being more vulnerable, so he does everything to avoid her and not letting her recognise him. The other pups love to joke about it, being aware of his feelings for the girl as human, while he tries to not mind about it (but it's very difficult to hide his emotions in this form)
