Part I[]
One bright and sunny day in Adventure City, Ryder and the PAW Patrol were moving back into their old Pup Tower. Thanks to the efforts of the folks of Adventure City, this project of was made possible.
CHASE [RELAXED]: "Feels good to have our Adventure City Headquarters back."
RYDER: "Don't get used to it, pups. You know, I love having this place again. But still, we shouldn't get too settled in. Besides, there might be an emergency."
——
The next day, the Adventure City Park was full of happy people. Some played with their pets, mostly dogs. Some were cooking on their barbecues. One man was busily preparing his barbecue. He carefully dumped come charcoal into his barbecue and tossed a lit match into it. He decided to go wait by get some water from a nearby drinking fountain.
But then, the wind started to pick up. The man didn't realize his barbecue falling over until it was too late! The toppled barbecue spilled all the charcoal. The lit charcoal bits let out smoke, and flames emerged. The flames began to spread everywhere. People tried to evacuate. But the fire blocked all the exits.
——
At the Pup Tower, Ryder was making some minor tweaks to his newly-fixed Adventure City ATV, when the screen phone started ringing. Pausing his work, headed up to the control room and answered the call.
RYDER: "PAW Patrol. What's your emergency?"
PERSON: "Help! The park is on fire. And all the exits are blocked. You gotta hurry!"
RYDER: "Avoid as much of the smoke as you can. We'll be right there."
When Ryder ended the call, he activated the hologram of the situation.
RYDER: "Listen up, pups. We've got a fire at the park. And by the sounds of it, we'd better hurry. No fire's too big. No pup's too small."
——
Somewhere, three giant robots were watching the surveillance feed of the fire.
ROBOT: #1: "We've got to help them, sir."
ROBOT #2: "No. We should stay behind and let our seven colleagues take care of it."
ROBOT #3: "You can't be serious."
ROBOT #2: "I know you want to help them. I do, too. But like I said, we're going to leave this in the hands of our seven colleagues. However, we'll only rush in if things get out of hand."
ROBOT #3: "You can't handle the truth!"
ROBOT #2: "I no longer want to hear of you heading out to that drive-in movie theater."
The third robot groaned in disappointment.
ROBOT #2: "But, we'll head over once the fire is out."
